Jacqueline and Matias Bolliger met at the Belvoirpark Hotel Management School in Zurich. Both have completed the cooking apprenticeship. Jacqueline Bolliger focused on gastronomic accounting, while Matias Bolliger deepened his culinary knowledge. In addition to an apprenticeship in restoration, he is a qualified sommelier ASSP. As such he worked for about 3 years with Tanja Grandits in the restaurant Stucki in Basel. Meanwhile he is also a Swiss beer sommelier.
Since January 2016, Jacqueline and Matias Bolliger have been running the Schloss Seeburg restaurant together.
